Paul R. Zalucky

Director

Paul R. Zalucky serves as Managing Director of Enki Consulting, LLC based in Maine, USA, after having worked with Crumpton Group as Founding Partner from 2008-2010. He brings strategic expertise and geopolitical perspectives gained from 27 years overseas as an Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency before retiring from its Executive ranks.

Mr. Zalucky divides his time between USA and Europe, focusing on business in Central and Eastern Europe. With an office and close network of government, business, and academic contacts in the region, especially Poland and Ukraine, Mr. Zalucky connects Clients with opportunities in security, IT-Cyber, infrastructure and financialsectors. His assistance enables firms and investors to penetrate and navigate the complex, and often opaque, commercial and political structures in countries of that region.

Overseas, Mr. Zalucky served as the Senior Officer in two large geopolitically key locations. He is a Central and Eastern Europe expert and has experience in South Asia and the Middle East. He spent most of his career overseas, devising solutions to political and cultural challenges, and engaging foreign government officials on terrorism, proliferation, geopolitical risk, and regional stability issues. In Washington from 1997-1999 and 2003-2005, Mr. Zalucky served in Executive positions and as Chief of Task Forces dedicated to dealing with issues of regional stability, proliferation and terrorism.

Mr. Zalucky serves as an advisor to Growth Research Unit, in Krakow, Poland, an association of economists dedicated to the analysis of growth and development trends in Central and Eastern Europe. Until recently he was co-chair of the Defense and Security Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce, Warsaw, and served as guest lecturer at Warsaw University in Poland. He has also lectured at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch- Partenkirchen, Germany. Mr. Zalucky is a member of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council.

Mr. Zalucky holds a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University. He is fluent in Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
