Livia has built her career in top-tier banking, technology and public sector in Europe and Russia. In twenty years of expertise she achieved great recognition in the area of M&A, transactional processing, banking, working with business and governmental leaders. She has broad CEO and Board level experience, she is an investor, a mentor and chairs several technology companies. A featured speaker of numerous conferences, major economic magazines, particularly in the area of new technologies, high level banking business.

Livia started her career at Euronet Worldwide (FRA: EEF) the first bank independent ATM network (transaction processing) development in Europe, first in Hungary. She negotiated with major banks for bankcard issuance and acceptance. Introduced Euronet in Hungary and Poland, participated initial public offering on NASDAQ (EEFT).

Then she worked at GE Capital (NYSE:GE) and managed credit product development using GE’s 6 sigma project and process methods thereby increased margin by 40%, increased contributed value penetration by 50%. Over that period maximized fee incomes, increased customer number by 150%.

She joined MasterCard International (NYSE: MA) where she lead over 2.000 bank’s relationship in the Eastern European region, introduced the first electronic revolving credit card in EE and Russia, launched the first co-branded credit card program with UK’s leading store chain Tesco.

In 2004 As a Presidential Advisor at OTP Bank (BUD: OTP) the largest independent financial service provider, where she managed their Russian bank acquisition, managed the bank legal, financial, business units involved in the acquisition deal, developed and implemented takeover activities. Developed complex financial records for presentation to Russian government, bonds and other lending institutions, and conducted international transactions. As a Deputy CEO in Romania she performed due diligence, consulted on the bank acquisition. Set up bank’s strategy, supervised rollout, as well as implemented a new core banking software for the bank. Selected and hired employees for several management positions, developed branch network, introduced new products. Worked closely with Romanian government representatives, and explored market opportunities for further acquisition.

In 2008 she became the Chief Executive Officer for SIA Central Europe. SIA is Europe’s leading financial service providers (transaction processing), operates and set up IT systems for banks and financial institutions in 40 countries. As CEO, managed transformation as part of corporate restructuring and establishment of headquarters service provider model, rearranged organization, and established P&L driven business model, and introduced new technologies.

Currently she manages Moshulu Group, and advisory firm for European technology companies, and mentoring them, helping them to establish headquarter in the United States or find business partners or investors. She is also Vice President of the Hungarian-American Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles, CA where is manages various trade and commerce relationship between United States and Hungary.

She speaks Hungarian, English, Russian, and Romanian, German, Croatian in advanced level. She lives in South California with her family.
