Companies considered by Airspeed are positioned to dominate their respective markets. Some are pre-revenue and some already have revenue and a profitability track record. Airspeed utilizes a well-considered and closely defined system that identifies opportunities; provides the best environment; anticipates and overcomes problems; develops and executes an achievable business plan; and designs timely, high return potential exit.

Companies of interest to Airspeed exhibit more than one of the following characteristics:

  • Capacity to dominate their market
  • Capacity for an exit event of $200 million or greater within 5 years
  • First 5 years cumulative revenues of over $150 million
  • Product/service in the market with first sale in 18 months
  • Positive cash flow within 36 months of initial investment
